The technician was very professional taking grate care to insure all areas of our carpet were cleaned and covered with protective spray. Technician was very friendly and explained thoroughly the entire cleaning process. He was very expeditious and cleaned the all 6 rooms plus staircase in under two hours. I was very impressed.

The Tech told me all about the product that you use and explained what each application was for which I found interesting. He also took the time to make sure he was doing a thorough job and not rush to get the job done so he could get out of here, like my last company did. I was a client that he wanted to please and make sure I would have Zerorez be my only carpet and furniture cleaner.
