This is the second time I've had Zerorex do my carpet. Zerorex sets their appointments at my convenience, comes in a timely fashion, then explains their procedure and the various choices available. They explain the final charges before beginning the cleaning process, so you can adjust your choice financially, up or down. The attendant is friendly, VERY knowledgeable, and points out problem areas prior to the cleaning. I have 2 small dogs--and a visiting family dog who has 'accidents'--and I was able to choose between three different methods of Zerorex cleaning in certain areas. (He also gave me some basic 'emergency care' ideas that I can do when I find an 'accident'). The carpet in all three rooms looks great and with the final 'preventative' spray, I feel it will continue to look good for some time. Thank you.
