You obviously have a great product, which is actually easy to find elsewhere. What is NOT easy to find elsewhere is great people and customer service. You folks have the monopoly on that! The technician (Mr. Piper) that came out to my house to perform the service did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond the call of duty in terms of explaining everything to me and for showing me different things that I can do to keep my carpets looking great throughout the year. He did a fantastic job all around.

techs were very professional and efficient. Products were safe for family and pets - or so they said, no reason to doubt it. Charge for bacteria killing product seemed excessive, too bad they can't just do a spot cleaning based on black light exposure. everyone was professional and helpful.

I like how you get deep down into the fibers of the carpet and get the dirt out,
I also like the product you put on the pet stains prior to cleaning, but it would be nice if you could make it more affordable.
