The technician was very professional taking grate care to insure all areas of our carpet were cleaned and covered with protective spray. The technician also made us aware of proper cleaning and care for our carpet. This is our second year with Zerorez and we will continue to us those services as they continue to do such a fine job.

Technician was very friendly and explained thoroughly the entire cleaning process. He was very expeditious and cleaned the all 6 rooms plus staircase in under two hours. I was very impressed.

You showed up on time, shared information and gave added options there was no water spillage or mess; carpets look good at this time.
