Great technicians! Superb job!

I live on a wheat farm. We have cats and dogs in the house. We burn a wood stove. All of those things contribute to the grunge in the carpet on a daily basis.

The follow through. The first time my carpet was cleaned on October 16, 2014, I was not pleased with the outcome. Tara called me after my negative feedback, we talked and she scheduled Josh to come and go over the areas I felt needed some additional care. He came yesterday and did an outstanding job, my carpet looks great and I am very, very pleased and appreciative.

The carpet came out very nice and it dried very quickly.

The tech was very friendly, courtious and professional. My carpets are an extremely light color and did have some staining. He expained that he most likely would not be able to get them all out but I was very impressed with the results.
