QUICK TO DRY, CLEAN AND FRESH SMELLING AND LOVED WATCHING THE ACTUAL SYSTEM SUCKING THE GUNK OUT OF MY CARPET!!! :) YOU COULD LITERALLY SEE IT WORKING. NO MORE PET SMELL! WHEN WE FIRST MOVED THERE IN THE SPRING, THERE WERE PEOPLE WHO LIVED THE PLACE BEFORE US AND THEY HAD A REGULAR SHAMPOOER COMPANY COME IN....THEY HAD ANIMALS IN THERE AND WHEN THEY SHAMPOOED IT, ALL YOU COULD SMELL WAS CHEMICALS AND UNFORTUNATE UNFREINDLY PET ODOR FROM ACCIDENTS ON THE CARPET. Wonderful service - I had my furnace and furnace ducts cleaned as well as my carpets. The person who did the cleaning was very professional. I also had carpet cleaning done for my in-laws which was also excellent!
