1) Service is as advertised - many companies say they will do something but don't quite hit the mark. Zerorez exceeded every (high!) expectation.
2) Friendly and professional representatives at every level. A pleasure to interact with these folks.
3) I had a LOT of pet damage. It's gone!!!

The fact that residue is not left in your carpet. The fact that it seems to dry faster than other types of cleaning. The fact that you bring your own water with you. You are pretty speedy and can provide a variety of services. That your technician goes above and beyond the "call of duty". :)

Clean without odors....efficient and courteous agents

The technician was very friendly, professional and helpful. The carpets look great. There was a urine stain from my dog on the living room carpet that I thought had come out - but, the next day when everything was dry, the stain was more visible than ever. I do know that there is no guarantee to get that stain out.

The employee that cleaned our carpets was awesome! He spent the time to get our nasty red wax stain out

Your service man was very polite, informative and knowledgeable about his work. He kept the clean booties on his shoes when in our home and worked very efficiently. The rugs look beautiful, plus the cleaning made the house smell so nice. Thank you and we will be calling you again.
