You guys under promise and over deliver! I didn't ask how long it would take but I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly you cleaned my carpets. Also, when I showed the technician the bad stains in my carpet, he said he would really try to get them out but couldn't promise complete removal. Well, he got them out. And finally, he told me it would take 6-8 hours for the carpet to dry, but it was pretty much dry in 3 hours. I am really happy with the service I got, I will be using you again, and definitely recommending you to my friends!

I had a small part of the initial cleaning that I wasn't convinced was complete. When I mentioned it in my feedback request, someone called me within a day, asked about my concern and assured me they would send a technician to redo it at no charge. That actually happened the next day and he even cleaned two pet spots that had just occurred over the holiday weekend . . . all at no charge. I was very pleased with their friendly customer service and the pleasant technician that did both of the cleanings. I will recommend Zerorez to my friends.

First and foremost, your technician Hunter was very professional and explained in detail the process that was used. I am currently on crutches due to an injury and Hunter was very helpful. My parents were here from out of town and even stated how courteous and professional he was. As far as the carpet cleaning went I couldn't be happier. Looks good, smells good and dried fast.

You cleaned the kitchen rug better than I have seen it done. Beautiful!, well for an old carpet. The living room carpet looked good too but the edge (next to the tile) looks very dirty now compared to the rest of the clean carpet. When it dried it brought the dirt out at the edge. That was a bit disappointing.

I can't believe how beautiful my carpets look after a Zerorez carpet cleaning! I have a light beige berber carpet over 20 years old that always looks nearly new after cleaning. Carpets dry quickly. The crew has always been so personable, professional, and customer-oriented! I wouldn't allow anyone else to clean my carpets.

Service is very good. Pleasant and courteous workers. Drying time is minimal. Results are very good and if for some reason you feel an area did not get cleaned as well as you expected, they will come back and redo.
