I was very happy with the outcome of our carpet cleaning - it is an old carpet but it looked great. They also handled the cleaning of a 5x8 cream colored shag area rug that was a mess. They had told me that they could not guarantee that it would come out to their level of expectation but when they delivered it, I couldn't have been happier. It might not look like new to them, but it does to us!

The technician was very kind and courteous. He was very knowledgeable amd gave recommendations for really tough issues in my carpet that is an additional service. He didnt wear his shoe covers but he did a phenomenal job. He set expectations before hamd on some trouble areas that they probably wouldn't come up but was able to exceed them and they came up.

I have been using Zerorez in order to keep my warrantee current on my carpet. I have been very pleased each time. I was not as enthusiastic about the last visit. I only have one large spot & I do not notice any difference. I usually watch as they clean & did not this time. I don't know, I can't remember if they usually go over the floor twice or just that quick 1 time. I thought it was maybe a little too quick. Sandy Last name removed

The product is great, I love the idea of no soap residue left in your carpet. It was like night and day, the difference in my floors. I love that it's not just carpets either. The hard floor cleaning is just as amazing.
