The technician was professional, knowledgable, and efficient. The carpets cleaned up to like new condition and there was no leftover chemical smell. The whole process was smooth, with no hassles and we felt good about the overall experience.
I was not home at the time of cleaning but my husband said our cleaner was very impressive in his knowledge. We appreciate that. If we could have him every time we have our rugs cleaned, that would be awesome.

The company kept me informed of the day and time of the cleaning, what needed to be done before the cleaning, who was going to be the representative to clean my carpet; Miles was professional, respectful and thorough, leaving my old carpet looking new again. Every time Zerorez cleans my carpets, it is done well and it dries in a timely manner. The protective spray really makes it easy to clean up spills.

They work! Successfully cleaned multiple dirty areas where our dog lays on the carpet.
I always wanted to try zerorez for my carpets because of the no soap used. They turned out very nice and were able to get out a blood stain in a sewing room and a vomit stain in a spare bedroom. The young man thought our carpet was fairly new but was quite surprised when my husband told him the carpet was over 20 years old and had never been cleaned before. We don't wear shoes in the house and out pets are all outside. I would recommend to everyone.
