How great my carpet looks/feels

Zack came on time, listened to what I wanted done and did his best to clean my carpets and a chair that had a stain on it. I did not think the stain would entirely come out so was pleasantly surprised and the carpets look great. Thanks.
Brian was very nice and did a fabulous job. I liked the shoe covers which I'm not sure other companies do as well as corner guards. I have used Zerorez several times and only 2 have used the corner guards and the last tech I had from zerorez after all was done came up the wet stairs with his shoes. I didn't say anything.
The staff was very efficient and quick. We have old rugs and they smelled and looked much cleaner. I plan on using them again for more areas that need to be cleaned
