We were very pleased with the way your "buffer" apparatus cleaned some of our carpet traffic areas we thought would not clean as well as it did. Your technician said this is a relatively new piece of equipment and was not available the last time we had our carpets cleaned.
My carpet had stains the I didn't expect to be removed. You addressed this survey to Dorrie but unfortunately she no longer wishes to live at this address. In the future please address it to Tim. I asked Hunter to remove Dorrie's name but it appears he didn't have a way of doing that.

I a happy with the results of the cleaning of my carpet as I was the last time I had Zerorez at my home. I would like to add that the young man that did the work did an excellent job in every way. The scrubbing machine he used was very impressive, I mentioned it to a friend and he had a similar result with the scrubbing machine.
No soaps that linger and later collect dirt. Server did a nice job.
Keep the great customer service. Companies nowadays have a tendency not to give that. It is greatly appreciated

the time when the gentlemen were to be there, she should of told me that they would be there between this time and that time, but I was under the understanding that they would be there at 9:00am. It all worked out. Thank you again. The carpets and stairs look great.
