In all the years we have had our carpet cleaned by a professional company this is the first time our carpet has felt soft under foot when finished! It was very noticeable while walking in your bare feet, no soft crunch! You could tell just by the feel they were clean. The eye test confirmed no other company will ever clean my carpets in the future.
The carpet is clean, it is mostly dry today, and the person who did the cleaning was a friendly, helpful person. We will use Zerorez again in the future.
