I did not like that the price I was quoted is not what I paid. I was told I would get the $89.95 anniversary special but the bill was for $132.00 3 rooms with a fourth free but only 3 rooms were done. Nothing was said about a free room.

I'm a first time customer and have heard a lot about your service. I like the finished look of the carpet, and the special was great. I'd like to suggest for your consideration, using a sort of spot cleaner as you proceed to clean the carpet. I still have about 6 or so spots. Now, I understand that may interfere with your patent cleaning process, but thats my input. Overall, the carpet looks great.

I have already referred several people to you and they are very happy also. The only thing I would change is when the gentleman left on my hardwood floors were some white spots that when I wipe down they disappear for about 24 hours and the next morning they are back?? Some type of soap residue?? Any you guys do a terrific job every time I use you. Could not be happier.

The crew that came to the house were very friendly and professional. They did their jobs well. My mom has a little maltese that she brings over to the house, so it is refreshing not to have to worry about harsh chemicals in the carpets. I liked the fact that nothing was done without prior approval, and I knew the cost of the job before they started work. There are a couple of stains that are re-surfacing, so it is wonderful that there is a 30 day guarantee on the cleaning. I would highly recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family.
