I liked the skill at which Aaron, the technician, showed in the cleaning of the microfiber furniture! He was thorough and didn't waste time in getting the job done. When he moved on to the carpets he also knew what he needed to do and got busy doing just that! He was very courteous and efficient.
The only issue I had was trying to schedule. I was on hold too long, then told to leave a message. Yes, a person did call back much later but by then I was heading out the door. I don't know how many schedulers you have but more would help solve that issue.
Over all, ZeroRez is a keeper in my book. I will use them again and I will appreciate the call back in a year that my invoice said I will get!

My hard floors seemed sticky after walking on the carpet, then the tile before it was thoroughly dry. Maybe not rinsed all the way???

I was absolutely amazed at some of the stains and smells that came out of the carpet. I would 100% recommend 0 raised to any one of my family friends or neighbors and the technician we had come out and clean the carpet was amazing common being friendly vs. Trying to get in and get the job done and get out.
