The service techs are always professional and helpful with explaining the products and doing a great job with the actual cleaning. The carpets are always well revived after they have left and they dry out I always feel that they have removed all of the dirt buildup and it is clean enough to let the grand kids lay out on the floor and watch TV.

Well, I was unhappy with how my kitchen floor turned out; it wasn't clean right in front of the cupboards and there were spots missed. I called, they sent someone out the next day, and in less than an hour the floors were done to my satisfaction.

Carpet comes very clean. The cleaner had many obstacles with the snow and icy roads but kept coming. As soon as he arrived, the power in our area went out. He still cleaned two rooms and the stairs and rugs. He was very nice when he should have been frustrated. The dispatcher updated me with several phone calls before he arrived so I was very impressed with the customer service by both the dispatch and the cleaner.
