I was very happy with the service. I believe the gentlemans name was Nick that shampooed our whole house. He was very efficient and professional. Did an awesome job. We found the service provided by Zerorez to be excellent from my first phone call asking questions about furnace vent cleaning, through the completion of the work. The appointment was scheduled very quickly with us having an estimate of the anticipated expense for the work. I was contacted with an update on the appointment time and then again when the service representative was about 30 minutes away. The service person was great. Upon reviewing the job, the price actually went down in price! He did a great job and provided before & after pics of the vents. We will definitely recommend Zerorez.
