The young man that met me at the home was very polite. He thoroughly explained the procedure. Told me what the cost would be and asked if I had any questions. He proceeded to work extremely hard on a very hot day. Couldn't have been happy with the way the carpet turned out. Never dreamed it would look that good.

One was new and was learning the job and the other was in charge and knew what to do.
The only thing I noticed was they brought in the corner guards but did not always place them to protect.
I would fancy to guess that that was the responsibility of the new employee and it was forgotten in the hustle to learn and get the job done.
