The quality of cleanliness after the carpets have been cleaned

We had the carpets at our vacation home cleaned which could have been difficult because we are only here a few days per month. Elijah showed up on time and stayed as long as it took to do our entire home. He was skilled and knowledgeable and worked quickly. We are completely satisfied with the results and plan to use Zerorez to do our carpets at our permanent home as well. It was a great experience thanks to Elijah.

The person that cleaned the carpet was friendly and did a great job, I think her personal goal was to do the best job possible, we had some hard to clean areas she had to do a little extra to get them clean. She cleaned up after the job was done, and gave good instructions for the next day to get it to dry properly.

Friendly professional services. Did a good job on the carpet cleaning. My only problem this time was that I was told we were going to be the first job in the morning and the technician would be there around 9. So I had someone go up early to meet them and they didn't get there until around 2. Late in the morning I did get a call saying they were running late. It would have been nice to know that the day before so that my husband would not have had to rearrange his day to be there early. Still I would recommend you I know things happen. My husband appreciated the attitude and helpfulness of the technician. Thank you
