I like that No chemicals are used in the cleaning process. I have several pet birds that are very sensitive to chemicals released into the air for cleaning purposes. The carpet came out cleaner than it Was last time I had Zerorez clean the carpet.

We would have given them a 10 but they were late. To their credit we did get a call from the office telling me they would be late due to an equipment problem but it made our day a long one. We are seniors so having to hurry to get the furniture back in the house before the rain started stressed us out some. Other than that they did a great job. We would use. them again

I like the way my house smelled afterwards. It was not laden with obnoxious chemical oders! The gentlemen were courteous and actually seemed worried about not harming our furniture and walls. They were out in what seemed just moments but did a wonderful job. I’ve already recommended Zerorez to my next door neighbor and family!
