Not only does zerorez do a fantastic job, but i appreciate their respect for my home. They are always very careful to not scratch corners with their hoses and they always clean up after they are done, including mopping the hardwood floor. They are thorough in their cleaning and the technicians are always friendly and professional.

Personnel are professional and market well. We are excited about the new coating. Our carpet is 16 years old, but still looks good. The young man who cleaned the carpet was quick and thorough, although we did have a spot that didn't clean well. However, it definitely can't be seen unless one knows where to look!
