Zerorez is the best, I have had Stanley Steamer in the past but the first time I tried Zerorez I never looked back......the workers are always polite and willing to take a step further if needed, our carpets are 22 years old and we have always had pet's and after Zoerorez gets done they look new.....so Thank you Zerorez and keep up the good work....we also had our air ducts cleaned out on the same day and what a difference for air quality that makes!!!!!

Jose did a fantastic job. We had some tough stains due to our dog vomiting on the carpet. He was able to get out all the stains. His customer service skills are excellent. He explained what each product was, explained the benefits and allowed me to make the decision- no hard sell. I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends. I know that later this year I will need the living room furniture cleaned and will plan on requesting Jose.

Yesterday was the best cleaning yet -- by Jordan. He did an excellent job. I think he went over twice the two traffic lanes that I pointed out. He moved two heavy chairs that he didn't have to, and afterwards put foam blocks under the feet. I don't remember that being done before. He also wiped up water left on some tile at the end.
Next time I'll ask for him if he's still with you.
