I like having my carpets clean. I like having the stairway cleaned. I think the Zero-Rez part means that your products don't leave a residue. If that is correct I like that too.

The cleaning is done very well and the service person is polite, well organized,works hard to to do a good jjob.
We used a another carpet cleaner a few months ago and they told us that the stains in the carpet was due to wear. We didn't really buy their explanation but thought if you couldn't remove them, we would have to buy a new carpet. Without adding anything special to the spots, they came clear.
