My technician, Todd, was willing and able to answer my questions and performed his work efficiently. When my carpets proved too old and worn to be cleaned, this company gave me a full refund...even though they did not have to do so.

There is one problem, he cleaned at about 5:30 in the afternoon, and the next day, a small dark spot appeared on the carpet, its about 2x3 feet. Not really dark, just a shade or two darker.
