Albert L. did a terrific job...he got most of the moisture up and the carpet was dry by a reasonable time.

Very professional guy cleaned my carpets after explaining everything to me in a language that I understood. He was on time. I had to leave while the carpets were still being cleaned and I felt very safe leaving the Zerorez employee in my home by himself.

Knowledgeable and courteous staff; was notified when technician was on the way; technician gave detailed instructions and suggestions of what to do and not do; estimate matched the work provided. This was our second time using Zerorez, was pleased the first time and even more the second time. Will request services again in the future.

I have not personally viewed the cleaning however my renter is extremely impressed with the quality & professionalism of your company,he can't believe that a carpet he believed to be gray is actually light green & the tan carpet is actually peach!!!
