They were very easy to work with. I had to unexpectedly cancel my appt on short notice and they were very understanding. They also did a GREAT job cleaning the carpets and they didn't have that soap/chemical smell that is usually left after my carpets are cleaned. I highly recommend Zero Rez
Carpet cleaners were terrific. Very personable, hard working, and helpful in explaining the details. The results were outstanding.
Duct cleaning tech was also friendly and knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing and why. He also had plenty of good advice to help us keep our system in good order. He did overlook ad couple details after leaving - most vents were left closed, and the central heating unit door was left ajar, making the system inoperable. You needed to hire a tech from another company to visit the site and fix the problem. Overall, we're very happy.

I had a great experience with using Zerorez for the first time. My carpets had not been cleaned in 2 years due to medical problems.....and not knowing who to call. One of your ads on the TV came up and someone was saying how great the experience was for "3 rooms for $99". I have a very small house so I thought I'd give it a try.
Jacob or Jake I think was the name of the young man who provided the cleaning. (Tall, young, handsome young man!) He was very friendly and answered all my questions.
