I would have given a "10" but I was asking him to make 13 year old carpets look brand new! lol More importantly, thank you. He was a nice, friendly guy.
Your tech, Will, was very nice and personable. Initially I thought he did a great job. However, I realized after the carpet dried he was not able to get the coffee stains out of the light colored carpet. I was very disappointed. Had he pointed that out when he finished, I probably wouldn’t have bee so surprised.
I do plan to use your company in the future,I might add.
