The service technician was polite and professional. The carpets look beautiful.

The only issue was that I got a call the day I was waiting on the cleaner telling me my husband answered my phone and cancelled the appointment....which for 1 I dont have a husband, and for 2 I am the only one who answers my phone so after I explained that the guy said ok well he will be late, on the far end of the call spectrum.

The cleaner did an excellent job, and was friendly and kind.

I like how thorough AJ was at cleaning our carpets. In the past we have used Zerorez but the cleaning was done so fast and not up to our expectations!

The service we had from Zerorez was excellent. Our technician, Christian was thorough and professional from start to finish. He took great care to explain the appropriate treatment to get the spots out of our carpet. The carpets look wonderful. I especially, appreciated that the products used by Zerorez are environmentally safe and pet friendly. The residual smell is pleasant; a clean, light citrus scent - no harsh chemicals. I will definitely continue to use Zerorez for future services and recommend highly to others.
