The service tech was very thorough with the cleaning!

Jason was very professional, personable and thorough. Carpets were like new but the extracted water was still dirty. Carpets dried within 24 hours. A bit expensive though.

Timely and good work

Remington was the guy who cleaned our ducts. he showed up right at the beginning of the window. He worked hard and speedily, offering me options without pressuring me. He suggested things we can do to extend the time between cleanings. I could hear the powerful suction unit all through the 3 floors of our house. Although I cannot see the ducts I am sure they are thoroughly cleaned. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone!
