Guy Comello was the Zerorez employee that cleaned my carpets. I am a retired teacher and pride myself on reading people. In all my years of having workers assist me on building and maintaining my residence, Guy is the best. These are the qualities that stood out. First, he was authentic, amicable and honest. He walked the house with me and offered advice about various problems, pointing out possible pet urine marks, how much more that would cost, areas on the carpet that were marked by extreme usage and/or wear points. He told me what to expect before he started his work, what areas would look brand new and which points would just be improved. He reminded me of areas that he couldn't rescue because of paint spills or bleaching by amateurs or pile wear. Throughout all his work he would stop and explain fully anything I had questions about. Finally, he told me in advance about how long the job would take and the cost to expect. I would recommend your company and Mr. Comello in particular for an expert job, an economical price and all the info a customer could possibly want. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful experience.

Making the appointment to the technician. I had two pretty good stains and they were able to lift them. My carpet looks great and it dried very quickly. The technician was very helpful as I was on crutches and couldn’t move all the things that needed moved. He was pleasant and explained exactly what I’d be charged for before he started. He was courteous and pleasant and on time!!

Blake Larson did a good job, was pleasant and friendly. Guys at office did a good job informing me of any delays and approximately when employee would arrive, which was appreciated. While I would not have given a "10" on the previous page for referring for carpet cleaning (most likely a 7 based on past experiences for that service in the past) I gave this one a 10 with regard to duct/furnace cleaning referral. Obviously, very much appreciated the fact that I was able to obtain the cleaning during a 1/2 off sale!! Thanks.

I like the idea of not leaving chemicals and excess water in the carpet, but I really like the technician. Tommy was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely positive, even at what must have been the end of a very long day. He took time to be thorough, to answer questions, and he educated us on aspects of carpet care that were very helpful.
