The whole process was very professional and transparent, from the initial call to the technician packing up all the equipment after leaving me with beautifully clean carpet. Very satisfied and I would use this company/service again in the future.

The carpet tech was vey nice, very thorough, explained everything and most importantly, on time! I appreciated the call ahead of the techs arrival so I could know exactly when to expect him.
