Great tech, great service!

The Zerorez employee was very thorough, professional, kind, and efficient. Our carpets look great! My only reason for not giving a 10 is that he did a pet treatment in our hallway, and it looks nicer but now it smells like dog urine. It didn't smell before, but it was obviously soiled. We can't seem to get the smell to go away, and it's right in our entryway.

I appreciated your technician Ammon the most. He was very thorough, answered questions, gave good information and seemed like someone I could trust in my home. He obviously takes pride in a job well done. I will specifically request that he return to our house in the next month to finish the rest of our carpets. Thanks Ammon for doing such a nice job with our carpets.

Dayne was on time, efficient, and helpful. Pointed out the our dryer vent was detached to the celing and thus not able to complete the work and that the dryer lint was venting into the attic and not out thru the roof as intended. He deducted that from the invoice. Well pleased with the work zerorex did on the duct and furnace cleaning of our 2 year old home with lots of dry wall material cleaned out.

Max did a really nice job, I really appreciated the offer they made to start early. Unfortunately I couldn’t accept it, but he showed up at the beginning of the time period. The floors were beautiful when he left and barely wet!
