The service tech called to ask if he could come earlier, which was a great help to me. They arrived promptly on the designated time, they listened to my concerns, explained the various services available, and did an exceptional job. My carpets look like new.

Zerorez always does a great job on all of our rental units. They are timely and the techs are very courteous. They make suggestions when needed and answer any questions. they are not high pressure salesmen.

I was very impressed by the carpet cleaning service by Zerorez. I could never have began to get the carpeted rooms and stairs looking as good as they did without the Zerorez service. The technician was friendly, efficient, and professional. I would totally recommend this company if you need your carpets cleaned.

The carpet looks great. Lots of communication about the appointment time. The operator came when they said he would. He was a nice young man who could have a conversation, and appeared to know a lot about carpets. He tried to remove a rust stain; that failed, so he didn't charge me. The company did everything it said it would, and the fellow they sent was clearly well-trained. Thank you!
