They supply their own special water, which turned out great as our outside water was shut off the day of our service, due to road construction. This feature means I can schedule in the winter as our outside water is turned off in Oct thru May.

My carpet smelled great after our service. Was worried because of all the pet, etc. stains we had. Added on the enzyme treatment. No chemical or wet dog smell, just fresh and clean. Carpets looked fabulous afterwards, considering how bad they looked before. Scheduling was super easy, got an appt very quickly. Technician was very personable and fast. Definitely will use Zerorez again.
