I called this morning- 18 hours after my cleaning to voice my disappointment in the service I received. Essentially what I got from the person on the other line was- "I'm sorry you are disappointed- I can schedule another cleaning for you".
I had 200+ square feet of tile and two other rooms of carpet cleaned- the technician was here almost 1 hour total time. I have had ZEROREZ here before- with a very satisfactory service- but it took them over 2 hours to complete the cleaning. He arrived about 11 AM and left a few minutes before 12 noon.
Problems:
1. The tile in the hallway has a 1 1/2 inch strip down both sides of the hall of residue that will have to scrubbed up. There was no real effort on the grout in the entire room.
2. The carpet in my family room is a high grade of berber. It was extremely wet- and with questioning the technician told me that it would be at least 8 pm before I could move any furniture back on the carpet. He also stated that it would be a good idea to rent some fans to get it dried faster if it was an issue. It is now 6 pm the next day- and the carpet is still damp. I have never had this occur with ZEROREZ before. Additionally, it was so wet- a "bubble" was noted in the middle of the room- it has now disappeared, but again- never happened before.
3. The carpet in the living room is a heavy dense carpet- it is now dry, but had a very "stiff- crunchy" feeling as we walk on it. Again- not a usual expectation with ZEROREZ.

I did not want the same technician to return, and I will not have help to move my furniture again, so I declined the "re-do" offered. But my disappointment is very real- and feel the service does not match the advertised service and expectations it gives. Several of my neighbors have been into my home to see the "clean carpet" and were just as appalled as I have been.
Needless to say- if the service of ZEROREZ has declined to this point- I will not be calling again for carpet or tile care.

I was disappointed with my most recent cleaning. I have used Zerorez before and had no issues previously until now. I scheduled just a routine cleaning and didn't really have a "problem area," but was most interested in the stairs being cleaned since they are such a high traffic area. My carpet was cleaned and then the man who cleaned them asked me to do a final walkthrough to make sure I was satisfied. So I went upstairs to take a look...and he came behind me, walking on my newly cleaned, wet carpet with his dirty shoes on. I would have really appreciated if he could have put on booties, taken off his shoes, or just waited at the bottom of the stairs for me. I don't even walk on my own carpet with my shoes on, and especially wouldn't do that if the carpet was wet for whatever reason. It was just really disappointing to pay all of that money just to have dirt tracked onto my carpet immediately after.

I was impressed the service I received for the last job that you did on 631 West Creek Bluff Cove. This time the young man spent the time to work to get up the dirt. The carpet is about 10 years old and there are still marks in the carpet, but i know the effort was put in to clean it.
