I have used Zerorez so many times and your technicians are all so knowledgeable and do such great work. I have only had one time that it was a disaster because of the technician and that was over two years ago. The most recent experience was over and above the norm. I will continue to call Zerorez for my floor cleaning needs.
No soaps are used but amazingly the carpet still gets clean and stays clean longer

We have used Zerorez now for both our home and business. They have been on time, polite, and efficient in both cases. The grout in our tile floor at my animal hospital looks like new. I had forgotten to ask for grout sealant to be applied. The employee didn't have enough for the whole job, but was willing to do whatever was needed to add that to the job and meet our needs...and he did. We will definitely use them again.
I like the fact that no chemicals are used to clean, just water.

Very thorough, but quick. Helpful in spotting pet stains, and giving recommendations where additional treatments might be useful. They came on time and were very professional from beginning to end.
I like that they don't clean with sticky soap that leaves residue on your carpet. The tech's were personable and respectful. They didn't waste any time and got started & finished quickly. They did a great job!
The two fellows a cute her house for most excellent I think one was Allen and the other one was a tall fill that we’re hearing aids but they were the best they were helpful and full disclosure and they did a great job and thank you very much
