The bathroom floors weren’t fully cleaned, there is muddy water behind toilet and sink, you ca see where along the side of the toilet wasn’t even touched. Super unhappy!!!

The tech was knowledgeable and enjoyed his job, which made it a pleasure. Worked hard, but stopped to answer any question I had.

I had my carpets and stairs cleaned in the morning. I left and was gone all day while it dried. I didn't notice until the next morning, but the employee that cleaned my carpets put two big deep scratches in my handrailwhen cleaning my stairs and didn't bother saying anything about it. The scratches are 6-8 inches long and are completely noticable.

The cleaning took much less time than I expected. They did a FANTASTIC job on my carpet and were able to get out the stains I was concerned about. The technicians were very professional, friendly, and thorough.

I didn't watch how the technician worked but wondered if he could have concentrated a bit on the obvious stains.

It was easy to schedule and the tech showed up on time. Not sure how well Zerorez cleaning results are compared to other companies but I feel Zerorez did a pretty good job.

I was not told about the minimum amount of money that would be charged for coming to Pleasant Grove nor the fee for disposing of the water etc. You had that all recorded from my phone call that I scheduled the cleaning on proving I was NOT told - I did not do it online. It was not about the money but the fact that you did not disclose all of your policies. I asked the technician why he only did one pass on the carpets and he said that is how it is done. The carpets in our apartment were in need of serious cleaning since the apartment complex uses terrible cleaners but Zerorez would not go over the carpet until it was clean. I have heard your radio ads for years and was excited to have the carpet actually be clean - but it was not - it was better but not up to any actually clean standards. I was also told when I called back to say I was not happy with the handling of the disclosure that the Manager would call me and that did not happen so I cannot give you a good review.
