It was extremely easy to book an appointment with Zeroez with very little wait time for service . My technician arrived in the time frame appointed with him calling beforehand to inform me of his arrival. Upon his arrival he was dressed professionally, he was very courteous and preformed his job exceptionally well. I had 3 bedrooms and a large living area of carpets cleaned. The pricing was honest, NO HARSH CHEMICAL SMELLS, the dry time of carpets minimal.

Anthony was an amazing carpet artist! The place cleaned was a rental with really old carpet that now looks better than when we moved in. His attention to detail, thorough assessment, speed to complete the job, timely arrival... so many good things to say. Technician was on-time and remembered how to clean our sectional. Carpets were very clean and neat. Spots and stains were removed.

Carpet remained damp for over 24 hours but that is acceptable to accomplish a deep cleaning.

I was very pleased with Zerorez from start to finish. The receptionist was polite and efficient in providing me a same-day appointment. The technician was prompt, and thorough in what I thought would be a much longer cleaning process. He explained everything and that my floor tile grout would be back to its original color. He was right! My floors look like new and I am delighted with the service. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for a professional and fairly priced cleaning service.
