Expensive but well organized and my old carpet looks great!

Excellent experience all around. Very easy to schedule the visit. Prompt after hours communication when I had concerns about the arrival date because of rain. Tyler was great: knowledgeable, enjoyable to interact with, knowledgeable about the Zerorez process, worked hard on the rugs, giving them an extra final once-over to ensure they'd dry quickly. This was my second Zerorez experience and both were great. I did recommend Zerorez to y neighbor and she's used you at least twice since. Do I get some discount for that?

Zero Rez personnel are fast and friendly the carpets dry quickly and look great when they are done. Prices are on par with other brands. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended Zero Rez.

I was able to book our appointment thru texting- super easy! Got an appointment for next day. The guy called to let me know when he was 15 min out. He did a great job and even threw in our small hallway. Carpets came out nice and clean.

The technician was knowledgible and accomplished the job in a timely manner. He was professional in appearance and answered all of our questions articulately. I was especially pleased that he was able to successfully remove a spot that had been resistant to treatment by the past two technicians.
