I have been using Zerorez for years and they are the only company I will allow to touch my carpets. The technicians are helpful in explaining the different treatments offered and they have been able to help me with specific stain situations. My carpets dry quickly and smell great, as well as looking like new. The price is also reasonable.

The product that was used is economically safe, pet friendly and was able to remove the dirt from my carpet and the technician that was sent to my house was on time and explained the whole process from beginning to end and also did a great job with the carpet.
