Very prompt service. I called and was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days time and the technician, Derrick, called again the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. Derrick was very professional and thorough in his explanation of how the carpet would be cleaned and what to expect after drying. This is the first time the carpet had been professionally cleaned in 10 years and almost all of the stains came out. Derrick explained that some stains would not come up and they are lighter but not gone. We had a living room and dining room done and I couldn't be happier! The carpet looks great, the service was great and I like that I don't have a "chemical cleaning product" smell in my house!

The whole experience was excellent. They were accommodating to me with my schedule and called ahead with times to arrive and they conferred with me about what services I needed due to stains, etc...
