I have used your services several times and have been very satisfied. This time I was satisfied but not sure that the skirts on the couch/chair and ottoman were cleaned as requested. I would also like a breakdown of the services. Your customer service is awesome! If a company has good customer service, the customer will tell everyone they know about the service received. If you have great products and poor customer service, that company will never be contacted by me again. Followup after the sale is extremely important and your company called us immediately to see if there were any problems .Also, it is very impressive that you contact your customers with a 2 hour window instead of making them wait all day for arrival. Ray called us with the exact time of arrival. Ray places customer satisfaction at the top of his list. He is very well trained and knows his product. We had a small issue with our carpet that is 30 years old, and he immediately contacted his manager about the problem. Ray made us feel very comfortable that the problem will be resolved and he has made every effort to make it happen. His attention to detail is impeccable. Ray seems to put himself in his customers shoes and treats people they he would want to be treated. Hopefully, all your reps are trained as well as Ray.

The man who came out to clean my sons carpets in Zebulon, was wonderful!!! Called the day before and when he was on his way. Very professional!!! Went above and beyond our expectations!! We will spread the word and call you when we need your services again. We hope to get the same man.. great service!!

My carpet looks absolutely fantastic! The tech was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. The bio cleaning solutions worked wonders. After the solution was sprayed on the stained spots, I immediately noticed the stains disappearing before the steam was applied.

We recently moved into a house with a 3 season back porch. The previous owners had several dogs and let's just say that porch was less than desirable. You couldn't really even go out there as hot as it was outside given NC's nasty humidity. Called Zerorez, they came out and had that porch clean in no time, can't even tell there was anything previously going on out there.

Got my requested date with discount and personnel showed up on time and did a professional job.

Prompt and polite. Phone staff and cleaning staff very professional. My carpet looks great. They were able to remove some divots from a heavy table and some small sticky stains. I would never think of using any other company.
