Your servicers, Caleb (?), called and arrived on time. Very business like,customer friendly, priced information about what he would be doing, etc. Did a good job. Very satisfied.

Products used left the house smelling clean. The representative that cleaned the carpets was professional and seemed to take pride in what he was doing.

Everything about this service was phenomenal! I received a call as a reminder the day before. The technician called me the morning of to notify me when they would be arriving. They were extremely polite, prompt, and friendly. They were efficient with the cleaning and I loved the results. Would highly recommend and absolutely would use Zerorez in the future!

Very prompt service. I called and was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days time and the technician, Derrick, called again the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. Derrick was very professional and thorough in his explanation of how the carpet would be cleaned and what to expect after drying. This is the first time the carpet had been professionally cleaned in 10 years and almost all of the stains came out. Derrick explained that some stains would not come up and they are lighter but not gone. We had a living room and dining room done and I couldn't be happier! The carpet looks great, the service was great and I like that I don't have a "chemical cleaning product" smell in my house!
