Zerorez was quick, efficient and my carpets look like new! We have been in our house 4 years and we spot clean and have had the carpets done once. There was so much water the first time and they didn't get out all the stains. Zerorez was completed in an hour (4 rooms, walk in closet, hallway and stairs) and it was dry after about 6 hours and all the stains came out! I highly recommend using them and paying for the carpet treatment as well! So excited that our upstairs looks like new again with a toddler and 2 cats, we thought we'd have to replace the carpet to get it to look this good again! Thank you Zerorez!

Old carpets like mine receive the good treatment that they need. Its looks are improved and freshened. Your staff are always competent and courteous and are either on time or early.

I enjoyed/appreciated the professionalism of the company.

They kept me updated on the appointment arrival time. Once the technician arrived he was respectful, informative and very professional.

The only issue with the entire process was that the scheduler didn't listen to what I wanted accomplished during the service visit.

Fortunately, this didn't cause a huge issue, though I've dealt with other cleaning companies where this would've caused issues. So this was disappointing, though luckily not a big deal.

The service results were top notch. I'm very pleased with the results and will surely use them again.

I have always expected and received excellent service from Zerorez in cleaning carpets in my home. In particular, I have appreciated Mike Murphy's professionalism in understanding my needs before beginning the cleaning process and making sure that I am a satisfied customer upon completion of the job.

I like that the carpets are not soaked to be cleaned. You can be back on the carpets in 4-5 hours.
