I think your products and service was great. My carpets had not been cleaned since we bought the home in 2012. Our home was a new build and the carpets after they were cleaned looked and smelled new again. I will definetly be calling zerorez again to clean the rest of my carpets.

Zerorez provided outstanding, professional service when cleaning ductwork and vents throughout our home and cleaning several carpeted areas. The service techs were on time, courteous and very neat. We have no reservation recommending Zerorez to others. We will use Zerorez again for sure!

The air ducts certainly needed cleaning and your process was very thorough. I do still have a lingering scent of cigarette smoke, but am using a commercial ionizer to clear it.
