The Zerorez company called the day before to give me a time frame when their cleaner would be here. The cleaner called when he was ten minutes out. He was courteous and he told me what he was going to do and went and did it. He explained how the scotchguard helps keep the dirt from grabbing hold. He finished the job and left. He was very professional.

Zerorez can clean up where other carpet cleaners leave as a residue of discolor that results in a patchy uneven look.

The technician, Mike was efficient and experienced.

Zero Rez was able to clean my complex carpet stains and did amazing work despite the carpets being kind of old. Craig was excellent and very informative and fast. I was pleased they could fit me in on a Saturday. He called before he arrived and was on time both staring and finishing.

Fast and courteous service. Had really bad stains on light carpet that came out (we had a stain guard protection that probably really helped).

Firstly, the pricing was very reasonable for a product I have not used before. In the past I have used other companies who make similar product promises and more or less they are all pretty good at what they do.

In this visit the technician provided both education and pointed out areas that I may want to consider cleaning further. There was no upsale or pressure just pointing out some areas and letting me decide.

Dry time was a few hours and the product dried actually looked more clean then when it was first serviced. I would certainly revisit this company for my cleaning needs.
