good service and a great technician, we were very pleased.
The guys were courteous, respectful, and you could tell they were dedicated to doing a good job.
I wasn't overly impressed with the cleaning when they first completed the job, although I could tell the carpet had been cleaned. Two days later when the carpet had a chance to completely dry it looked super.

Zerorez is far superior to other services
(esp Stanley Steamer -which just SOAKS large water quantities on the carpet which takes DAYS to dry ...and likely soaks padding too ...yikes)

The appointment was easy to schedule online. I really like that the carpet did get not soaking wet, no smelly chemicals and dried fast. Tech was polite & professional, showed attention to detail and took pride in his work. Carpet looks like new! It was a great experience. We couldn’t ask for anything more.
I wish I had taken before and after pictures of the chairs I had cleaned! The improvement was remarkable! The same with my carpet. It is old and was very dirty and the improvement was wonderful!

Ionized water with citrus cleaning agents, no chemicals that could cause severe allergic reactions. Appreciate the hypoallergenic cleaning approach. This is especially important since we have family members that have experienced anaphylaxis with other cleaning agents - none with Zerorez.
With difficult stains they make clear what type of product they use to clean your carpet. They offer carpet protective products. Appreciate products they use won’t damage my carpet’s resilience.

It was very easy to schedule. They told me what they did and did not do and was services they provide. They confirmed the appointment and called before they arrived. After evaluating my carpeting they made suggestions for cleaning spots. The process was fairly quick and the carpet technician was very efficient. Overall a great experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.
