They don’t leave a residue. They smell good but not in a cover up kind of way. They got rid of overwhelming pet urine smells and stains.
Ray Smith, the technician, was in touch and on time for my appointment. After reviewing the job he suggested a bit of pretreatment in some areas. When he was done, fof the first time in almost 3 years in my home, I actually like the carpet! It feels like new when I walk on it barefoot, finally the odor from previous owners animal is completely gone....its Berber carpet. This is the 3rd time I have used Zerorez! The product has produced positive results each time. I use you at my mom's house and always recommend you to my friends. Thank you.

The technician Roger was super attentive to my concerns and worked to insure my satisfaction. He did a wonderful and thorough job. The carpets look great. The only issue I had was with the pricing which through corporate we were able to resolve although it did end up costing me about $100 more than expected.

Technicians are very professional & courteous. Carpet was thoroughly cleaned & sanitized. Only problem I have is no discounts for military & veterans. Should have more types of discounts for customers other than monthly specials!
The technician did a great job with the pet stains we had from our elderly cat before she passed away. The largest stain took extra effort and a special tool, but it looks completely clean now. Thanks!
