However, when the person from your company makes the appointment and states the amount

I will pay for the services, it does not agree with the tech that comes to do the work. To me

that is not GOOD!

I believe it's extremely important that everyone should be in sync with the amount the

customer is expected to pay. I am in a position to promote your company very well, so, again

it is important to make sure that when an appointment is made with a prospective customer

that the tech is on board as well, so that the customer is not taken by surprise when the tech

gives them the amount they will have to pay for the promotion.

I am so amazed at how well my carpet look after he finished. It was like I just moved in. The product was very good no chemicals smell just clean. I must say that I wish my sectional would have come cleaner but some stains weren't removable. But all in all I am pleased.

Roger Jackson did a very professional job of cleaning our condo carpet. He really had to work hard on a couple of very bad stains and they were resolved better than we had hoped for. The carpets looked wonderful.
