The technician Roger was super attentive to my concerns and worked to insure my satisfaction. He did a wonderful and thorough job. The carpets look great. The only issue I had was with the pricing which through corporate we were able to resolve although it did end up costing me about $100 more than expected.

Technicians are very professional & courteous. Carpet was thoroughly cleaned & sanitized. Only problem I have is no discounts for military & veterans. Should have more types of discounts for customers other than monthly specials!

My technician Ray Smith was extremely professional and friendly. He explained the process thoroughly while extracting long set stains. It was like magic. My carpet is 15 years old and looks like new! The bonus is that there is no chemicals or odd smell..just clean.
