I found the technician to be very helpful and willing to work with me on my specific carpet challenges due to a new puppy in the house. He arrived on time and was very accurate in the time it would take to complete the work. I felt comfortable with him in my home even while I was out running errands.

I use Zerorez because of no chemicals. I have grandchildren that spend a lot of time on my carpets. The technicians did a great job on the ducts. Customer service is grest as well. I've used Zerorez several times and the technicians have always been cheerful, conscientious and very thorough.
