I thought the person cleaning our carpet was very professional and personable. He explained about the pet stains and the carpet protection, but it was not high pressure. The carpet came out looking super clean and smelling wonderful. He got all the stains out!

Office staff was friendly and helpful. Service man was the same. He went about his work promptly and efficiently.

I suggest that you provide the operators with a mop on a handle so that they can spray cleaning solution then scrub/mop around the 2-inch area that the machine does not clean. I had to have the operator return to clean that area; your advertising says that the tile etc. would be cleaned to "like new" and that is what gets buyers to call about our homes.

I will probably call Zerorez again to have this work done, but I would not call a third time if it requires work to be REDONE again.
