Your technician was very professional and did a very good job. We used to use chem dry but our carpets look so much better after you guys cleaned it.
The gentleman that came to my house was honest and professional. He called to tell me he would be at the house at 12 and was actually 2 minutes early, punctuality is a plus in my book. I knew in the house I was having cleaned there was a very good chance even with deep extraction that the carpet likely would not come clean. He went above and beyond trying to get the carpet cleaned it’s not perfect in the worst of the areas but it will work for me to be able to sell my dads house
