I was also impressed that unlike other companies we have used Zerorez did not hook up to our water and instead brought their own.
I would reccomend giving the employees another way to access account information, as we are in a cellular dead area and the technician had some difficulty accessing the invoice due to factors beyond his control. I want to make it clear that is not a complaint about the service simply a recommendation.

The gentleman arrived an hour earlier than expected! Awesome. I had to apologize because I was getting a rental truck. He started by assessing the carpet and made recommendations before he began working and got it done in no time. He showed the stains using black light then worked it. When he was done all stains were gone! My wife even said it smelled so clean she can take a nap right on the carpet. She actually did! 😂. We are completely sold on Zerorez!!!

The cleaners your company uses for shampooing and spots don't leave a residue which, for a white carpet, is especially important. The house has a fresh, clean smell which any one who comes into the house will readily appreciate. Adrian, your technician, was especially courteous from beginning to end, was thorough, and explained the Zerorez options for trouble spots he encountered. He is a good ambassador for your company and I would use Zerorez again in the future.
