The technician was courteous and efficient

I wasn't home when I was scheduled for cleaning so I left the door open, I received a text from Mike to let me know what time he would be there as well as a call. He was prompt and got my old carpet looking almost new again.

Great job on cleaning carpets. My only comment was the price I was charged to clean a 10x12 area rug. It took the tech all of about 4 minutes to clean it and I paid as much for that as I did for the entire rest of the job.

As always, the professionalism of the staff on the phone to the crew that cleans the carpets is top notch. I'm always amazed at how well Zerorez can get all of the dirt, juice, and food stains out of our carpets with two active boys in the house. This time, our guy told us about the protection spray that would help with future stains and the ease of cleaning those in the future. We had never been told about that before but I was thankful that this guy mentioned it as we added on the protective spray in the high traffic areas of our house. We will most definitely use Zerorez again! And a special thanks to our guy, last name of Cruz, who was so patient with us, very accomodating, polite and professional. He was also training another guy and did a fantastic job mentoring him!

The process is "clean" and does not use harsh chemicals nor does it leave residue like other services. The rug feels good to walk on after the cleaning. I like the fact that the steam kills bacteria and mites and sanitizes and disinfects and is eco-friendly.

I highly recommend Zerorez! My technician Freddy was very friendly and professional. He called me to let me know he was about 30 min away and arrived promptly. He explained everything he was going to do, and got right to work. It was also great that he put something down under the hose connections to protect my hardwoods. So happy to have nice clean carpets! Thank you!
